I switched to FloraFlex’s incubator plugs. They fit pretty well in the Start’s pod holder. I haven’t seen as much damping down with the FF plugs than I did with the peat pods and coco pods.

I use these, fit perfect with no trimming required and I haven’t had an issue yet.

I have always been hesitant to use rockwool due to potential health issues it can cause.
