That looks great! Seems like it would be hard to trim lol. Can’t wait to see the outcome
Np glad to help
Most people do 1 week with straight water and in your case flawless flush. I prefer closer to 10 to 14 days but that’s just what I like… I even like to see my plants to turn yellow (or start yellow) before harvest then you know there is no more food left
I should add sometimes I will push double the pot size of water threw the plant to aid in getting nutes out of the soil
Ok well good thing I just finally made the decision to buy a RO system been using zero water filters and they been working great water quality wise. But I’m starting to use so much water now that it’s just not feasible any more. Constantly filling the filter and buying new filters
I made that same decision. I’m pleased with my system.
Makes sense for sure.
I used to have a 5-stage RO System with a tank under my kitchen sink. Unfortunately, once the tank water was used up I would have to wait till the tank filled up with RO water which was hours later. I have switched to a different RO System that produces about 400 gallons per day. The best part of my new RO System is that it only waste 1 gallon per every 1 gallon of RO water produced. My older RO System would waste 3 gallons per every 1 gallon of RO water produced. Check out the following link:
Well here we are week 6 of 12/12 I’m just watching and waiting. Trying not to miss the mark. And go figure the most mature plant is in the back left that will be a challenge to get out with the others in the way. Good problems to have though
@Mpower11 this is the more mature one I’m in week 6 12/12 what your opinion these are the same ones from the 2 bottom pictures above
Check these out look like the have a feed system and drain system built in and use screen pots what do you think @Mpower11 ?
Amazing looks great
Not ready yet I would look again in about 1 week
Nice find… So the 5 gallon I think is 17 inch’s tall? with PVC legs… Going to measure my setup when I get home tonight
System Information
Dimensions: L 19.75” x W 19.75” x H 9.79”
Drain Port Size: ID 3/4” / OD 1- 1/16”
PVC Legs (Optional): 8" Height
So with that in mind sounds like a good time to flush?
Yea looks that way a little large but I saw something that said they were optional and just pvc. So depending on the gravity needed they could possibly be removed or cut down to size
Maybe a bit early… What does the breeder claim the flower time is?
Overall the only neg I see on it as is without modding it it’s a bit on the tall size for a tent… Besides that seems nice… I think I would prefer a standard leach tray so it can work with anything…
Right now my gears on turning on adding a flood floor type of system to water the pots from the bottom up… 1 time a week… Balance of the week water from the top down…
Definitely early by there guide they say 8 weeks . I’m at 6. Just was going of the visuals I saw from the bud didn’t want to miss my mark… I have seen them they look interesting but it seems like your pot sitting in water wouldn’t be good, or do they just flood for a
Hour or so then drain?
I think your good I would look again in week 7
This is correct the pot will sit in water… Water will wick up the soil. Your correct you would only do this for a few hours then drain the water out… 1 time a week I like to soak the soil / pot… This aids in making sure you have dry spots in your soil… The balance of the week I like to micro water (small doses).
This is something I’m thinking about at this time… So far no gear to support the project yet
