My interior temp of gen 2 is 67-68 degrees. I think it is not warm enough to germinate my seed. I think that’s why my seed didn’t pop on my first try. What can I do to increase temp?
68 degrees is fine for ur seedling 
to sprout an that’s actually ur gonna want thru out ur grow but u can get a small heater an out it next to ur machine to answer ur question

Mine took 11 days and I had to pull ripped coco pod too off to help. Sounds like decent temps

It is recommended to germinate with kitchen towel. I also tried it with a pod on my first try, but it didn’t work.
