I just plugged in my grobo after sitting in storage for over a year. I was able to get a solid green light to connect to the internet, but when i use the App, Web browser on mobile or computer, I am unable to select the operating system. Page keeps spinning in the loading phase and displays a selection of operating systems for a millisecond and am unable to select one. I have tried everything that i searched on the internet for. I am in dire need of correct guidance. Thanks guys!

I was in the same boat. Hate to be the one to tell you this but there is no fix. Your grobo is now useless. I still have mine sitting in the basement as i am about ready to mod it and do a soil grow out of it. I spent 600.00 and got an ac infinity tent setup which i gotta say is the best setup i could have gotten. Even better is they sent me the wrong light and uad to send a replacement. I will be using the original in the grobo. Im sorry man but i was crushed too when i found out my grobo became useless.
FYI I had the same issues. As a last ditch resort I tried the IOS app and it still is working. Try that.
Iām using an android. I took apart the grobo and found a usb port to plug my laptop into (microsoft) and downloaded PuTTY and am able to see input comands but can not send commands. I know nothing about this crap and am using ChatGPT to help. Trying to bypass servers and operate it manually.
