Hi all, we had a power outage and when the power came back up, my Grobo was still disconnected from wifi with a slow blinking white light instead of the blue light I normally see. Tried to reconnect through the app. Holding down the user button on the back produces a solid green. Light after about 10 seconds but trying to reconnect via the app can’t find your Grobo. Should I try disconnecting power and trying again? Thanks!

Mine always says reconnect but have blue light

Mine does almost everytime I open mine I just ignore it becuz it’s still online

So what was the fix?! Am I missing it?
My grobo app will not open up though I have the flashing slow blue light. I tried to reset wifi and everything… what do i do?

My says connected with no internet everythingstill working going to try again anyone else have green light
This didn’t seem to get resolved. Does anyone have the fix? After the drying period, my unit wont reconnect to wifi.
