Seeking help/feedback

Need help here. So I have owned a grobo premium and did one grow a year ago. My wife purchased a grobo basic which is still unopened in box along with a grobo start unit. Now that they are bankrupt, now what? Are we screwed with these units or what? I would appreciate any info/feedback.
