I want to add I don’t buy pale’s I buy 20Kg bags price per Kg is so much cheaper that way
Just called hydro store don’t see it on there site but there closed will call back Monday.
Exactly the same soil I use I just amended it very pricey but it works great
@Chopo816 grow turned out very nice. So that’s a good test on the soil and food
Absolutely right my gd brotha my last few grows was nothing compared to what u just taught me this is what I would recommend to anyone trying to get great
results
An honesty I’m thinking about using real mushroom
in my grow space for the co2 what do u think
about that
You mean you want the mushrooms in your tent to increase your Co2 level to say 1200 ppm?
Exactly correct my gd man Ur always on point
I don’t really have any info to help with that one. I think it would be hard to get your levels that high and hold them all day.
Ok I kinda get we’re ur going with it can u give me a break down cause I do know if not used properly it is a complete waist of time
from what I’ve been reading
an money
witch is my goal
not to waist
Think I found the build a soil 3.0 some what locally and they have the Gaia green nutes
For Co2 you want to maintain min 1200 to 1500 ppm all day long (with lights on)
Lights off no Co2 waste of money.
Really only 2 options
Co2 tank with regulator and controls.
Or
CO2 burner with controls (this this drawback is it uses natural gas to make CO2 so you have to run natural gas to the burner) another draw back to this option is the burner produces heat
The hardest part about CO2 is you need to maintain your levels without exhausting the heat. If you start exhausting all the time you’re gonna blow the CO2 out of the tent. Plus you don’t really want to be flooding liquid CO2 into your house it’s good for our health.
I would start with mastering environment.
You need to be able to control your environment first once you have full control or at least enough control then you’re ready for CO2
You wanna run higher temperatures to take advantage of the CO2. Goal is 85 day.
What happens if you turn your lights to 100% and disable your exhaust fan and intake?
If you can hold 82 to 88 temp your ready for Co2.
The only way I was able to accomplish this was adding air conditioning to the tent. This is my only part of my setup that still needs work. The only idea I have to make it perfect would be to buy a mini split air conditioner. What is just more than I’m willing to spend at this time. So I make do with my portable unit.
Let’s start here feel free to ask questions
I wanted to use Buildosole for a long time but the shipping cost into Canada was outrageous so it’s out for me. I’ve heard so many good things about them and I know a few people who think it’s the best soil out there. I just have no personal experience in using it but I’m very confident that you’ll get the results with it
As you mentioned above I do know there is different versions of it. I would suggest contacting build a soil I’ve talked to them before on the phone they seem very friendly and ask him their opinion on what blend they would recommend going with for cannabis.
It’s been a bit since I contacted them so my info maybe old (about versions)
Ok a I understand what ur saying my buddy has three tents there all connected to each other the first tent has an air conditioner in it that one temp is floating around 61 the second one temp is about 70 to 72 that’s were he veg his plant’s
the first one is were he dry an the third tent is his flowering
tent
An temp in that one is about 82 to 84
My goodness. Look at you go. Very nice . Well done sir. Bet it smells good
looks fantastic…nice work
