Day 66 FLOWER (Day 116 overall)

flushed with FloraKleen for a couple of days while waiting for all trichomes to get milky and cloudy

got some solid thick ems

harvested after about 9.5 weeks in flower
the harvest process took 15 minutes…
cut just the main colas and removed the few remaining large fan leaves …hung the rest to dry

a
slow dry trim is highly recommended…a 
wet trim will contribute to your dry to be faster but…a quick fast dry will dramatically lower the quality of your buds 
…it was a tough lesson to learn

the dry/cure process is just as important for your buds as the grow process but it’s not as fun as growing
…plan to use both mason jars 
and grove bags 
for curing as this harvest is definitely larger than in my past grows

I just checked my trich’s this morning. Cloudy with sprinkles of amber like you said. She’ll come down in the morning and start the drying process. And thanks for the drying process instructions you gave a while back. Knowing it works it comforting through this dry/cure process.

hung in tent for six (6) day dry

took my time and trimmed up buds daily throughout the 1st week of cure process

just wrapped up final manicure of buds, sorted by size
, and weighed

= 215 grams of solid BUDS 45 grams of popcorn shake -
Righty
= 180 grams of solid BUDS 
60 grams of popcorn shake -
TOTAL = 14 OZs of premium buds
…will use the popcorn shake to make a whole lot of gummies
