First little hairs are showing. She has more stretch space if needed. Also removed the doser. It’s the only regret purchase so far. It never made sense to automatically dose some and manually add some. And anything heavy whether it pumped or not would settle on the inside of the tube and dry in the tube. The koolbloom crystallized like glass. Not to mention it’s four pumps and six or seven ingredients. Anyway I freed up some space and aggravation.
You believe this plant? It’s easily twice the size. Crazy
So only top off once a week with ph water I get it now. Less dilution. The flower is prevalent now and will make this weekend trim simple. Glad I waited. Also have to do a little tucking to close the door. it’s a good thing. Great advice @ChicagoCypher_CC I’m going to have an exciting flower time and gives me something to look forward to.
All done this is the best I’ve felt after a trim. it just seemed more obvious this time. Lots of plant and didn’t seem to mind the heavy trim. Also was fighting ec and ppm. Ph good. But low ec /ppm. More plant/more nutrients. I held back a little to avoid tip burn. They’re a bit yellow but we’ll see. I’ll check the readings once the nutes settle in.
Part one. This is a first for me. Deficiency. Looks like calcium? Only the top fan leaves are affected. Also it’s only a few so far. My guess is because this plant is so big. I need to add a little more of everything. I didn’t up the calcium last time. But upped everything else 1/4-1/2 ml/gal. I hope I’m right in adding a little more calcium. Any experienced advice would be appreciated.
Edit
Part two. I just read about high ph levels causes calcium deficiency and bad led grow lights without proper colors.
I’m running a high 5.8ph on this strain which could be the cause. I added 3ml of cali magic. We’ll see.
Also don’t have tip burn. Ph now is 5.5. Hope that was it.
Woke up to these babies falling all over themselves. No new stuff popping out of the buds now. Trich’s are more present. All clear and cloudy. One more week.
Did a twelve hour flush with flawless and will change water every two days. Also making sure the PH is 5.5 every change. I’ll miss new years but should be cured shortly after.
Put a second scrog net to hold up these mountains. There huge! All the way to the back. Monday is harvest day:star_struck:
I feel like “look, it’s just like the ones on TV”
Lots of roots. My drain pump was inside with the air stones. Like a dome. The roots are quadrupled what I’ve had in the past. But it was listed as a tall plant.
@ChicagoCypher_CC 64% in the test jar. The flower drying is 12-14%. So maybe tomorrow. I’m going to check again tonight. That was a great idea with the test jar! It’s a confidence booster knowing you’re on the right track. Thanks again for sharing.
(Edit)
I may have read to early @ChicagoCypher_CC I’m at 67%. So I’m still on track
